PRACE Survey on Training and Education Needs for Petascale Computing

Recently, a comprehensive survey of HPC training and education needs was conducted amongst the top computational users across all partner countries within the PRACE (Partnership for Advanced Computing in Europe) consortium.

The Partnership for Advanced Computing in Europe prepares the creation of a persistent pan-European HPC service, consisting of several centres providing European researchers with access to Petascale computers that form the top level of the European HPC ecosystem. PRACE is a project funded in part by the EU's 7th Framework Programme.
